Carpet remnants are smaller pieces leftover from larger rolls—often from discontinued or special-order styles. Typical remnant sizes range from 12’x9’ to 12’x20’, making them perfect for custom sized area rugs, hallway or stair runners, small room installations and NYC apartments or home offices.

Our remnants are first-quality and ideal for getting a luxury look without the luxury cost. Remnants are sold at a discounted price, but must be purchased in full—making them an incredible value for the right project. While manufacturer warranties don’t apply to remnants, the savings and style you walk away with are worth it!

At Carpet Time, all remnant shopping, custom rug fabrication, and installation services are available by appointment only. We believe in providing dedicated, personalized service to every customer. During your store appointment, we’ll help you:

• Select the right remnant for your project
• Explore rug fabrication options like poly-binding or serging
• Discuss installation needs for wall-to-wall carpet, stair runners, or area rugs

All estimates for fabrication and installation are provided in-store during your appointment based on your selections and project details provided. Final installation quotes are confirmed after a site visit to measure and review the full scope of work.
