For this project, our clients were preparing to put their Astoria apartment on the market and wanted to refresh the space for potential buyers. Before & After: From Dated Floors to Modern Elegance

Prior to any installation, we conduct a site visit to take measurements and evaluate the scope of work. With any LVP installation, proper floor prep and subfloor assessment are critical for a long-lasting result.

In this case, the existing tile flooring couldn’t be removed, so we opted for a floating floor system with an attached cushion, which allowed us to install directly over the existing surface. We also removed the old black cove base and replaced it with a new wall base to complete the updated look.

Our expert mechanics Julio and Herman handled this project from installation to finishing trims. The result? A stunning transformation that will impress buyers from the moment they walk in. This apartment is now move-in ready and stands out in the Astoria real estate market.
